Version 2 - Contact Form changes

28/3/2011 - There are now some additions and enhancements to the contact form in version 2 of ConvallisCRM.

It is now possible to add different online contact information such as social media contacts (e.g: Twitter identity, facebook page) as well as multiple email addresses and website URL's, and by checking a box select which is the primary address or selection.

You are now also able to allocate a particular member of staff to be responsible for a contact.  This is by selecting their CRM user name from the drop-down list in the account manager box.

As before the box is simple to edit and update, just remember to save when you make any changes!
