29/3/2011 - If you have used a previous version of ConvallisCRM you can see that the dashboard view has changed. If you have never used it, it's now a lot simpler and easier to view and access your contacts than in previous versions.
What's new?
New design - the contacts from any search are shown in a tile view. You can switch simply from one contact to another to view contact details.
Agenda - linked to the calendar, see what meetings/appointments are set up for your contacts.
Sales Items - keep a record of progess of sales/workflow of any particular contact.
28/3/2011 - There are now some additions and enhancements to the contact form in version 2 of ConvallisCRM.
It is now possible to add different online contact information such as social media contacts (e.g: Twitter identity, facebook page) as well as multiple email addresses and website URL's, and by checking a box select which is the primary address or selection.
You are now also able to allocate a particular member of staff to be responsible for a contact. This is by selecting their CRM user name from the drop-down list in the account manager box.
As before the box is simple to edit and update, just remember to save when you make any changes!
21/9/2010 - Our development team are currently working on some exciting new features for Version 2 of ConvallisCRM to be launched shortly. This will offer much more capability within the system, yet still keeping it simple to use. Watch this space for further updates!
