Viewing Sent Emails

Have you forgot what emails you have sent a contact? Just want to see the emails you have sent? You can view any emails sent within ConvallisCRM, this does not apply to any emails sent via an external email client, e.g: Outlook.

You can view emails that you have sent to a certain contact by selecting a contact then clicking the View Sent Emails button, you can view all emails that you have sent by selecting File then View sent emails.
