Maintain Text Message Templates

Got something to tell people but want to keep it consistent each time? Using the text message templates feature of ConvallisCRM this can be achieved.

1. Select Administration then Maintain Text Message Templates.
2. Click Create Template to add a new template, or select an existing template from the list on the left.
3. Type in a Name for the template.
4. Write in your Message.
5. If you would like to have the template as the default one, tick the Default Template box.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Close.
