Maintain Email Templates

It's always nice to be able to send emails with your company branding, with ConvallisCRM's email templates, it is easy to do. You create a template then you're set to start sending your emails.
- Select Administration then Maintain Email Templates.
- Click Create Template to add a new one, or select one from the list on the left.
- Type in a Name for your template.
- Select a Category.
- Select any Attachments that are required with the template.
- Write the information you would like to appear on the template (Do not include email message, only general information, such as logo).
- If you would like this template to be the Default template for the category, tick the Default Template box.
- Click Save.
You can also create a HTML email template in your favourite WYSIWYG editor and import the file into the CRM and use it as a template which can be edited within the CRM, this can be done by clicking Import HTML file... button and selecting the file you wish to import.
You can create backups of your templates by choosing the template that you want to back up and clicking the Export HTML file... button then choosing a location to save the file.
