Maintain Unit Types

For some products you may need to define a specific unit of measurement. You are able to set this up in ConvallisCRM and the following guide will show you how:

1. Select the Products/Services tab.
2. Click Maintain Unit Types.
3. In the row marked +, Fill in details for a Unit Types.
4. Click Save.

You can edit existing Unit Types by selecting any box in that row. You can delete a Unit Type by selecting the row and clicking Delete or clicking X in the correct row.
