Maintain Products

ConvallisCRM can be used to record your products and sales as part of the workflow process. This guide will show you how to set up your products.

1. Select the Products/Services tab from the top menu.
2. Click Create new product.
3. Give the new product a Product Code the SKU code is optional.
4. Give the product a Name and a Description.
5. Select a Price, VAT Rate, Unit Quantity, Box Quantity and Delivery Weight if required.
6. To add your product to Categories, tick the box next to the categories you want to assign.
7. If you ticked to display Misc in the System Configuration, you can type in a Colour and a Size.
8. When you are finished, click Save.
