Maintaining Touch Categories

Touches are used in ConvallisCRM to represent how you make contact to your contacts, such as e-mail, telephone, meeting etc. These touch categories can be set up as you feel appropriate. This guide will show you how.

Click Administration, then click Maintain Lists, this will open the Maintain Lists dialogue, to maintain the Touch Categories, click the tab labeled Touch Categories.

To add a new Touch Category click Add, this will open a new window where you can type in the name of your new Touch Category. Once done click OK where it will save your new Touch Category.

To delete a Touch Category click Delete, which will open a message box to comfirm the deletion, click Yes.

To edit the name click ... button, this will open a box where you can edit the name. Click OK after editing to save the changes.
